And I've seen what lies ahead
The bite of the pieces that don't seem to fit

Of a light from a future that I'm proud to call home

Viewed from the science behind this belief
Well the here and the now are not all that they seem
Time is called now on
The shadows cast to hide the fact my life's become a number

So what if my future has slipped through my hands
